Our network aims to help all players, both current and future. With the best foot forward in quality, staffing, and support we can offer; we hope each player feels like one of the team. 

Established on June 24th, 2018, NightSky had humble beginnings as a small Prison server, driven by a profound commitment to fostering a community-driven environment. Simultaneously, our City Roleplay branch was in its early stages of development, a project we knew would require time to reach its full potential. The concept of a Prison server had been a long-held aspiration of our founders, who had observed the shortcomings of other prison servers. We recognized that players appreciated the concept of OP prison while still valuing the core elements of a "classic" prison experience. Our vision for this venture was to maintain the essence of a classic server while incorporating the features of an OP server. It was this very idea that eventually led us to consider expanding beyond just Prison and City Roleplay.

Developing both of these ideas to perfection demanded a significant amount of time and effort to craft the ultimate player experience. As we embarked on this journey, we introduced a new interim concept known as "War SMP." Through this endeavor, we cultivated a vibrant and engaged community, albeit not a massive one, as size was never our primary objective. Our focus was always on creating a community-led atmosphere, and we successfully achieved that goal.

Subsequently, as activity naturally waned as we had anticipated, we found ourselves facing a temporary dip in motivation, particularly with the ongoing fine-tuning of Prison and City. Thus, we decided to take a break, which lasted approximately a year, until we find ourselves where we are today, back in action. A pivotal moment in our history occurred on July 6th when we acquired our dedicated server located in Dallas. This development was crucial to realizing our overarching goals of building a large and thriving community. We harnessed our new equipment to facilitate this growth.

To empower our community further, we opened the floor for proposal submissions from our existing player base and staff team, allowing them to contribute their ideas for new servers and even participate in their creation. This approach aligned perfectly with our philosophy of community-driven innovation. Fast forward to the present, and we are witnessing more than half of our projects taking flight and soaring towards success.
